Katie Swift Cordials are handcrafted and made in Sydney.
They are natural cordials and contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Fruit is sourced locally - Lemons, Limes and Tangelos from Sommersby, Lemons from Middle Dural and Seville Oranges from Lake Munmora.

Katie Swift's career in food has spanned more than thirty years,
including working in food journalism, as a food stylist and owning her own catering business.

​​​In 2012, after returning to a family recipe handed down by Katie's Aunt Patti, one flavour became many and the business was born!
