Blood Orange
This deep crimson citrus originated in Spain and Sicily. True to its heritage, the Blood Orange is exotic and special, the fruit is only available for a few weeks at the end of each winter, when we juice, freeze and store for the year ahead. The magnificent ruby colour of the Blood Orange, makes for a beautifully rich looking Cordial.
Combine with sparkling water for a special soft drink, or try with a dash of vodka, topped with Prosecco in a champagne flute.
How to Store
Store in a cool dry place. Shake well and refrigerate once open
Cocktail Recipe
Combine with sparkling water and ice for a special soft drink (1 part cordial to 5-6 parts water), or for a simple cocktail add 50ml of your favourite spirit at equal parts spirit to cordial.

Makes two cocktails.
50ml Katie Swift Blood Orange Cordial
50ml Vodka
100ml Prosecco or Champagne
Combine, pour over ice.
