Serve with sparkling water to create a great soft drink, strongly reminiscent of old fashioned Ginger Beer. Or, for a simple cocktail add 50ml of your favourite spirit. Think Vodka or Tequila, at equal parts spirit to cordial served with soda water over ice.
Ginger Margarita Recipe
Makes 1 cocktail
30 ml Katie Swift Ginger Cordial
30 ml tequila
15 ml Cointreau
60 ml soda water (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a small jug or
cocktail shaker and pour over lots of ice
Fresh lime slices and wedges to serve.
