This is the base for classic, old fashioned lemonade. Combine with sparkling water, and you could have your very own Lemonade Stall. Use in any cocktail recipe in place of simple or sugar syrup.
How to Store
Store in a cool dry place. Shake well and refrigerate once open
Cocktail Recipe
Combine with sparkling water and ice for a special soft drink (ratio 1 part cordial to 5-6 parts water), and for a simple cocktail add 50ml of your favourite spirit. Think Vodka, Tequila or Gin, at equal parts spirit to cordial.
Lemon Cooler Cocktail
Makes 2 cocktails
50ml Katie Swift Lemon Cordial
50ml Cinzano Bianco
50ml gin
100 ml soda water
Combine, pour over ice
Lime slice, cucumber peel, mint to serve.
