Cocktail Recipe
Combine with sparkling water and ice for a special soft drink (1 part cordial to 5-6 parts water), or for a simple cocktail add 50ml of your favourite spirit. Think Vodka, Tequila or Gin, at equal parts spirit to cordial.
Lime Caprioska Recipe
Makes 1 cocktail
30 ml Katie Swift Lime Cordial
30 ml Vodka
30 ml white rum
15 ml cointreau
60 ml soda water ( optional)
Combine all ingredients in a small jug or
cocktail shaker and pour over lots of ice
Lime slices and cucumber peel to serve.
