This flavour is named after Katie's granddaughter Matilda, after she requested this new combination.

A lovely light and refreshing soft drink when served with sparkling water.
 
Try a dash in your Gin and Tonic, or combine with vodka in the base of a Champagne flute and top with dry Prosecco.
