Combine with sparkling water and ice for a special soft drink (1 part cordial to 5-6 parts water), or for a simple cocktail add 50ml of your favourite spirit. Think Vodka, Tequila or Gin, at equal parts spirit to cordial.

Makes 2 cocktails
50ml Katie Swift Pink Grapefruit Cordial
50ml white rum
100ml soda water
Combine, pour over ice.
Lime slice, cucumber peel, mint to serve.
