Seville Orange and Saffron
The exotic, earthy and sweet grassy flavour of Iranian Saffron threads, combined with the richness of Seville orange juice. Divine golden colour. An unusual and refreshing soft drink with sparkling water, or a perfect base with a twist, for any orange based cocktail like an Aperol Sprtiz or added to a classic gin and tonic.
How to Store
Store in a cool dry place. Shake well and refrigerate once open
Cocktail Recipe
Combine with sparkling water and ice for a special soft drink (1 part cordial to 5-6 parts water), or for a simple cocktail add 50ml of your favourite spirit at equal parts spirit to cordial.
Saffron Spritz
Makes 1 cocktail
30ml Katie Swift Seville Orange
and Saffron Cordial
30ml Aperol
Prosecco.
Fill a glass with lots of ice.
Pour over Cordial and Aperol.
Top with Prosecco.
A slice of orange to serve.
