The rich, deep, earthy flavours of dark berries and cherries. Lovely deep, inky colour. Delicious and rich soft drink with sparkling water.

How to Store
Store in a cool dry place. Shake well and refrigerate once open
Cocktail Recipe
Combine with sparkling water and ice for a special soft drink (1 part cordial to 5-6 parts water), or for a simple cocktail add 50ml of your favourite spirit at equal parts spirit to cordial.
Sour Cherry & MintJulep
Makes 1 cocktail
1/2 bunch or small handful fresh mint leaves,
gently crushed with fingers
30 ml Katie Swift Sour Cherry and Dark Berry Cordial
30 ml Bourbon
60 ml soda water ( optional)
Place mint and lots of ice in a pretty glass.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a small jug
or cocktail shaker and pour over ice and mint
Fresh mint sprigs to serve.
